Seamus was a friend and inspiration to our school. Working with pupils through YPI, he built such strong relationships in a short amount of time. Our thoughts and prayer go to him and his family at this time. Rest in peace, Seamus.

Jacob and Emma represented the school amazingly at the Last Post Ceremony at Menin Gate tonight. We laid a wreath to commemorate those who have no known grave and lost their lives during WW1.

Another excellent day. We spent the morning exploring the Ypres Salient. We then enjoyed an afternoon at Passchendaele before an evening at the Last Post Ceremony. We can’t wait for a day at the theme park tomorrow! 🇧🇪

First two days on the Social Subjects trip to Belgium and Holland has been a great success. After a day of travel we explored Bruges before arriving at our accommodation in Ypres. Lots of tired faces this evening!🇧🇪
