Great thread- fleshing out a concept of augmented intelligence. How about a model trained on a patient- their history, data, -omes . Query with different treatment options
chatgpt would be 1000x more powerful for me as an academic if i could fine tune it to specific knowledge sources. imagine being able to have a "conversation" with the collected works of shakespeare or darwin.

#ElonMusk is out of his league. I was hoping he’d find good advisors and listen- but that doesn’t seem to have happened. He should stick to cars and rockets-engineering smarts don’t transfer to understanding or influencing individuals or groups.

Applicable to #ClinicalInformatics- we can lose trust for so many things outside our control (regulations, vendors, safety events) but that can be mitigated by open, transparent communication. But not too much- #AttentionStewardship
