This happened last night, at 4th & Elm during the Cincinnati Jazz Festival. How can this go on so long and there be zero police presence? Towards the end of the video, a grown man punches a woman in the face and knocks her out.

The streets of Portland today. Homeless barking at cars, lots of drug use, fires, Homeless selling stolen items, teenage runaways, people losing their limbs and overdoses. I saw no providers. They are probably still recovering from the No King’s protest.
