Last night was the launch of Sound! Music Hub by Liverpool City Region. We are so proud to have been part of the group that submitted the bid to Arts Council England to make this all happen. Legh Vale Primary School, Charlotte & Callum all performed amazingly.

Our Festive Tutor Concerts are off.....over the next 3 days our tutors will be visiting a number of schools, performing a festive interactive concert. What a great way to end the term @sthelenscouncil @ace_thenorth

On the 4th and 5th December we held our annual Schools Christmas Sing Carol Concert in St Helens Parish Church. The event saw 18 schools and 1 community choir singing traditional carols accompanied by our Youth Orchestra. https://t.co/TMp3Chglex

Last week, we worked in partnership with @BrassFoundation Foundations to deliver a free and accessible Brass and Percussion workshop for aspiring young musicians from all across the Borough. The day was a huge successful and inspiring for our young people @sthelenscouncil

Our music centre activities begin again next week so there is still plenty of time to join one of our ensembles. All our groups take place at the Town Hall and are free to join. They are open to children and young people of all ages and abilities. @sthelenscouncil
