Terry Gross of @nprfreshair is the best interviewer in the business. The transcript of my 2015 interview with Terry about my history of #autism and #neurodiversity, #NeuroTribes, is archived here. It was an honor to talk to her.

Thanks, Julie. I won't explain on X, which promotes antivax liars, but my book #NeuroTribes explains this history in depth.
As an autism mom from the 90s, I questioned vaccines when they contained mercury. That ingredient has been removed, autism numbers have not decreased, & science tends to disprove a link. @stevesilberman can explain better than I why conspiracy theories took off back then. 1/2.

[2/2] . how heartbroken he was about the GOP and the sale of his beloved Twitter to "lunatic" Elon Musk, as he put it. “I’d be very happy with [Elizabeth] Warren or [Kamala] Harris…it is time for a woman to be president” - David Crosby, Twitter, 8/4/19 via IG: @morningfalling.

[1/2] I rarely post in this cesspool of disinformation anymore, but my late friend @thedavidcrosby would've been thrilled about the rise of Kamala. David was one of the most patriotic people I've ever known -- he loved America deeply. Before David died, he made clear to me.

LOL-in-horror moments of new @nytimes puff piece: Reporter dutifully reciting Elon Musk's BS about buying Twitter to "test how a citizen-led government that rules by consensus might work on Mars," and not realizing "selective breeding" is Nazi eugenics.

This @ap tweet is an instant candidate for the Museum of American Fascism. Carve it in stone and put it over the entrance. It should be an enduring source of burning shame and embarrassment for the entire organization, as well as a warning to other media.

Please read and spread this link: Why Nicole Shahanan, RFK Jr.'s running mate, is so dangerous for disabled people like her own daughter, and how she's playing into one of the darkest chapters of the Kennedy legacy. My new column for @SciAm.

I'm not on X much anymore for REASONS, but here's my annual #StarWarsDay retweet.
@RhysParry65 You may have heard this before, but I saw Star Wars with poet Allen Ginsberg when it opened in Boulder in 1977. When the crawl went up the screen ("A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. "), Allen sighed, "Thank God, I don't have to worry about it!".
