If you’re not playing multiple spots you need to make sure your training incorporates new movement patterns, cutting & change of direction, quick acceleration/quick feet drills. If your speed training is only a straight line you are missing the big picture. Be athletic/adaptable

As a leader, you are in charge of setting the standards, more importantly holding everyone to it! If you allow 1 individual to not live up to the standard, culture will suffer greatly! Don’t be afraid to keep the standards & having everyone pull the rope in the same direction
