TLDR (no joke): BMI leads to 4-6% ⬆️ cartilage strains (via US) bilaterally in high BMI vs normal BMI ACLR groups and strains were largest in ACLR knees. Those who walked with greater peak knee flexion exhibited lesser medial trochlear strains 🤔.
