It's been a long time coming and I for one am thrilled for the fans that the takeover deal has been finally completed. Time for #Gills fans to get behind an owner who will hopefully have integrity, honesty and won't threaten to sue everyone that supports the club. Me included.

Can't believe @TheO2 security staff confiscated my 13 year old daughter's sweets before we saw @bryanadams in concert last night. What a way to ruin what should have been a great night out. Disappointed doesn't even cover it.

Can't tell you how excited I am to see @bryanadams in concert tomorrow night. Have waited 38 years to see him live. And yes I will be singing along to every song. Taking my 13 year old daughter to educate her too.

It's staggering to think it's 40 years to the day that many of us watched in awe as The Mary Rose was lifted from the sea after over 400 hundred years. Back in the summer we visited the incredible exhibition in Portsmouth. If you've never been, go! It's well worth the visit.
