Great visit to see the team @LythamFire last night. Passionate on-call team, providing emergency cover in their local area, right up the Fylde coast and across Lancashire. So many great ideas about how to deliver the best for our communities #TeamLFRS

Well done Chloe! This is a very important role and goes a long way to meeting the health and welfare needs of our rural communities. There is no reason why this should not be expanded across the country. Institutional inertia is largely to blame.
Devon is now benefitting from its first Tri-Service Safety Officer, an innovative role that combines the services of police, fire and health https://t.co/PS591F3bci

Draft figures but nonetheless, shows what can be done when the whole team focuses on a challenge and meets it head on. As Iβve said, the system isnβt broken, it just needs TLC, commitment and a desire to improve. ππ@danila_deedee and your team.

Success is directly proportionate to whatβs done after doing what youβre expected to do! Our on-call teams go from strength to strength as a direct result of @danila_deedee & her team going above & beyond! The system is far from broken, we have hundreds applying #TeamLFRS #OnCall
These new recruits are slightly different!π§βπ Already working for LFRS in office roles. They followed the same application process, recruits course & will now be working their day job from an #OnCall station providing operational cover!π #MakingADifference
