Always a pleasure to join Wolfman to discuss comics. I'm sure we missed some stuff, there's no real way to be comprehensive with the sheer mass of the Brubaker/Phillips canon but feel like we covered the major beats. Stoked!.

At 44 years old I no longer really have heroes, but def still have artistic models that inspire me. Sorta a shame then that this biography seemed to speak more to 2020's popular politics than its actual subject. Book actually said "unhoused" multiple times in ref to 60s hippies.

Never got around to this trillogy of novellas, and thought I ought to remedy that being a fan of Harrison. Titular Legends was okay, but what really hit me like a ton of bricks was the second story: The Man Who Gave Up His Name. Middle aged revenge-o-matic. Great stuff.

Hack 'n Pac play hobos drifting around 1973 America. Steinbeckish Midnight Cowboy sorta deal. Probably the most 70's-ass 70's movie I've ever seen.
