For my dissertation, I am creating a brief screening tool for men’s disordered eating! If you know any men with anorexia, bulimia, or muscle dysmorphia who might like to be interviewed about their experiences, please email me at rs3725@drexel.edu or message me here. Thanks a ton!

After 21 years at my dream job, I’m very sad to announce my early retirement from the National Institutes of Health. My life’s work has been to scientifically study how our food environment affects what we eat, and how what we eat affects our physiology. Lately, I’ve focused on

My 13 (!!!) years at Drexel meant the world to me, shaped me into who I am today, and gave me some of the best and closest relationships in my life. Plus, I've gotten to work with the most amazing trainees (who I'll continue working with!).

If you had told me two years ago I was going to leave Drexel, I would have called you crazy. But, things change and I couldn't be excited for this new opportunity working as a researcher in a large children's healthcare system! I'll be bringing my projects and team with me.

Ross, thank you for everything you did for me, so many others, and the field. I would not be the researcher I am today without Ross's generosity and mentorship. I will cherish the memories of stats collabs and beers together at conferences. I will be heartbroken for a long time.

Also, note that I get many emails from prospective students so please understand if I don't respond, although I will do my best! Emailing me in advance also won't help your application, so feel free to just apply without taking that step :)
