It’s very strange when you block someone who you haven’t spoken to for years then sends you a message asking why have you blocked me? No hi how are you. No other interaction? It baffles me.

I’ve come to realise this when dealing with depression and pain and other physical issues that depression just comes so powerful I forget to break it down and try to deal with it individually and to forgive myself. I can’t do certain things because of the pain or not having.
