Look at all the fake @Safaricom_Care accounts that will immediately follow you and try to scam you if you tweet anything to customer care. Absolutely ridiculous.

Interesting thread. There are definitely unfavourable government policies that make doing business in Kenya more difficult than it needs to be. Plus policies that don't incetivise investment in business. Shame.
