i love where i grew up in a way that i will never truly love london but the towns are worse than ever and genuinely unacceptably bad. Leicester has improved slightly in some small relatively central areas but has mostly got worse, the villages are basically good but always were.

or maybe hasn’t spent serious time outside of London to be more generous. but i go back to where i grew up and there’s some actual decline. london isn��t a utopia but it’s done better than literally everywhere else and that’s very bad news!!.

The media set's collection of 'london is awful' stories are there to mask the decline of everywhere else. London is one of the only parts of Britain to have done well from the last 20 years. If the Tories think people will vote to 'punish london' instead of to get more of the.

maybe choice isn’t between “london is a lawless shithole” & nothing can be done about crime. former just is untrue, don’t think anybody serious argues latter. phone snatching bad! isn’t great when you see visible signs of substance abuse. things should be solved! but be serious!.
