6/ SSI is made possible by partners across the ecosystem, including validators, protocols, and data providers. But no single party controls it. It’s built as a public good: fully transparent, open-source, and fully verifiable on-chain.

5/ SSI makes it possible for: ✅ Stakers to compare yields easily ✅Protocols to benchmark performance ✅Institutions to understand staking returns ✅Builders to create new financial products This is core infrastructure.

4/ You can’t build skyscrapers on sand. SSI lays the foundation for Solana’s staking ecosystem. Making fixed rates, lending markets, and institutional tools possible. With SSI as a foundation, we can start building skyscrapers.

3/ Important: SSI does NOT include MEV. Why? Because MEV policies vary widely between validators. Removing it keeps the benchmark fair, consistent, and comparable across the network.

2/ SSI is calculated using 2 metrics. staking inflation rewards + validator fees. Combine them → you get one clear baseline yield.
