Once a year,@solana validators step out from behind the dashboards to meet IRL, exchange insights, & debate the future of the network. That gathering is called Block Zero. Read what the organizers, supporters, & @TimGarcia0 from @SolanaFndn say about it:

For most of the year, Solana’s validators live behind dashboards, terminals, and monitoring bots - quietly sustaining one of the fastest blockchains on earth. Once a year, that changes. Block Zero...

7/ Chainflow has always stood for validator equity and decentralization. We’re not afraid to test new ground especially when it could shift value back to the network’s edges, where it belongs. Let’s see what BAM can do. Feedback, thoughts, or concerns? We’re listening. 🛠️🌍

6/ What it could mean for delegators: MEV revenue once captured by a few is now shareable at the protocol level. With BAM, stakers may benefit from validator-side plugin fees and fairer execution. That’s a model we think is worth exploring.

5/ Why participate? Because BAM is one of the few attempts to rebalance power in Solana’s validator economy. It doesn’t just protect users it gives validators tools, revenue hooks, and a clearer role in shaping blockspace markets.

4/ Our Validator Setup: We run two Solana validators primary in 🇱🇹 Lithuania (Cherry), secondary in 🇯🇵 Tokyo (TerraSwitch). We’ve connected our Tokyo node to BAM, while keeping our primary on the standard path. This dual setup lets us test BAM without compromising performance.

3/ Think: • On-chain dark pools • Priority auctions that aren’t controlled by insiders • Plugins where devs (not just relayers) define tx behavior If you’re building DeFi or care about equitable access to blockspace, that’s a big deal.

2/ Why does that matter? Because today, block building favors whoever can see the most and move the fastest. With BAM, sensitive txns stay private until finalized reducing harmful MEV like front-running and opening the door to programmable, fair sequencing logic.

What is BAM? (A thread) 1/ BAM is a new way for Solana to build blocks, using TEEs (trusted execution environments) to sequence encrypted transactions and generate cryptographic proofs of order. No guesswork. No opaque mempools. Just verifiable execution.

In just one month, we'll meet up for BlockZero - the community-led validator summit in Abu Dhabi before Breakpoint. The agenda is lit, and the event is subscribed at capacity but you can still get on the waiting list. Link ⬇️!

The @Solana Constitution initiative has been in the works for a while. ...And we're glad to have been part of those early discussions shaping what decentralized governance could look like. Excited to see it take form. Proud to support it! https://t.co/gG0w8ZxEnz

Indie validators push innovation on Solana @chainflowsol we operate a primary validator as well as a second validator for testing and experimentation This allows us to support innovative ideas, while minimizing risk to our stakers, untethered from corporate bureaucracy It
Exciting update from @ChainflowPOS: We’ve officially migrated one of our @solana validators to @jito_labs' Block Assembly Marketplace! #BAM brings verifiable, private, programmable block building to Solana, and aligns with our mission to decentralize power. 🛠️🌐

SIMD-0307 adds block-level metadata showing who produced each block and when. For independent validators, this matters - it brings on-chain accountability, clearer audit trails, and a fairer way to track performance across clients.
1/ SIMD-0307, by Jump's Firedancer team, proposes adding a block footer to each Solana block containing metadata about the block’s producer. This ensures every block carries info on who made it and exactly when it started. Here’s what that means 🧵

It took time and intention to put together our Manifesto. Not for branding, but for truth. To make clear what we stand for. To remind crypto what it was meant to be. Decentralization isn’t a slogan - it’s a stand. And we’ll keep standing. If that resonates, join us.
