I can't remember who recommended this book to me but it is outstanding work aimed at aspiring or current leaders. Don't be put off by its military focus, it elaborates on concepts applicable to any industry and emergency services alike. Highly recommend.

16 years on. RIP Ewan
Today marks 16 years since Firefighter Ewan Williamson tragically lost his life at the Balmoral Bar fire in Edinburgh. A Commemoration Service was held in front of St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh, where a minute’s silence was observed followed by a wreath laying ceremony.
