This is really cool! Also I have a boltz-input generator which auto-detects ligands, makes yaml from a directory of pdb/fasta, & generates SLURM-ready CSV batches:
github.com
Input File Generator for Boltz-1&2. Contribute to ssiddhantsharma/boltz-input-generator development by creating an account on GitHub.
Boltz-2 was released recently. It is an Open Source protein-ligand co-folding model, which means it can predict the structure of a protein along with the ligand. It has various applications from drug discovery to protein design. I thought why not make a OSS web app for it.

Having a go at @modal_labs for the binder design & it seems to work well; if only my local client didn't disconnect during BindCraft run. Should use modal run --detach from next time. @btnaughton can we get EvoBind & DiffPepBuilder to your biomodal collection?
I added modal_rso.py too, adapted from It should work the same as modal_bindcraft.py but i haven't really tested anything!. ```.modal run modal_rso.py --input-pdb PDL1.pdb.```.
