@Swiggy First you deliver the wrong order and then your Help section has a bot / agent which made me open the wrong order and send a pic, when the bill clearly mentioned the item. & now is trying to convince me that this is what I ordered!!! What kind of a Help service is this???

I ordered a Veg meal bec I am on a veg diet today & recd a Non Veg /Fish Thali. I was made to open that & take pics. The agent insists on the app this is what i ordered. But I did not! Can you resolve this? I dont care about not getting a refund. But this is terribly inefficient
