And another and it now seems the media team @LloydsBank can't be bothered to even provide a copy / paste response. Guess a walk into branch and be loudly unhappy is the next step.
That's another day gone by where @LloydsBank have failed to make a promised call from a complaints manager. All calls are recorded by them so will be asking for written transcripts as well now. It feels like customer service at their convenience not the customer's.
