Davey on Derek Law: "We had to slow him down. Back him up. His elbow is sore again. He didn't bounce back the last time again like we thought he would. So he's gonna come back. He's gonna get another MRI. We'll figure out where he's at.". Last time he got an MRI was pre-rehab.
The Nationals have reinstated RHP Mason Thompson from the 60-day IL. He’s back. In a corresponding move, they optioned Zach Brzykcy to Rochester and transferred Derek Law to the 60-day IL to clear a 40-man spot.
