Imagine calling an animal entirely dependent on your care a freeloader. Gross. You love your cats, dogs, goldfish, hamsters, and cockatiels unconditionally, then have conditional, transactional relationships like this with animals who are no different from your beloved pets.

need more people to be vocal about how much water, cruelty and exploitation it takes to produce animal products instead of always talking about quinoa, almonds and avocados. if you cared about water usage and conservation, you would be vocal about animal agriculture.
