When I'm hiring for my own company, I don't take technical interviews or ask to solve DSA. I mostly base it on intuitions. I just have a friendly chat with the candidate about their tech journey. If they are passionate about it, I know it. Skill can be picked up, attitude matters.

So it was a Mahindra Bolero converted into a rail vehicle that was one of the first vehicles to run on the world's tallest railway arch bridge at Chenab, J&K, leading the inspection trolleys of @AshwiniVaishnaw. The bridge at 359 m is taller than the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
