It's amazing what a difference a good long walk can make to your state of mind. We're enjoying our post work walks more than ever. Heading out with a flask of tea and a slice of cake. The perfect remedy for a long day of sitting in front of a screen.

Anyone else just impressed that they manage to get up and dressed in the morning? Yeah us too. *Note: Makeup and brushing of hair was too much of a stretch. Routine has been our saviour. We get up, get dressed, have breakfast and then open our laptops...after that..who knows?
