After I told her that I have my own ADT account and Im thinking of canceling, she could care less and said do you want me transfer you? ADT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Spoke to a manager who found both accounts. I was on this call for over 40 minutes at work that should've been a simple cancelation. I still have no resolution as the supervisor told me someone from Account Mgt can't get back to me until 3 days from now.

After they looked they found another account that ADT didnt tell me that was there. ADT told me I had to contact Account Mgt to cancel that account. When I did, they gaslight me and told me I canceled the account and there were accounts. They transfered me back to billing.
