I’m so glad they shared the screen together before he left us. This scene should be studied by acting students everywhere
Meryl Streep & Philip Seymour Hoffman have moments together in Doubt that just feel real. This doesn’t even feel like acting at certain points- you lose yourself in their performances. That’s without mentioning Amy Adams & Viola Davis, who are also outstanding in this film.
