I am a 25 year old transport enthusiast, working with both buses and trains. Generally posting on here my gripes of the bus and train industries.

What do the following have in common? Nottingham, Merseyside, Luton, Tyne & Wear, Bath, Bristol, West Midlands. These are the areas with some of the biggest increases in bus usage. Do you know what else they have in common? They all invest in buses and working with operators.

@nationalexpress Surely there must be something to show current services you cry? Nope. Though there is this stupidly old rubbish computer thing which hasn't worked in years. This is the main stop in a town of nearly 14k people, as well as being a key interchange stop. Completely unacceptable.

@nationalexpress Bus stop flag in Flint too still makes reference to a number of old routes that haven't existed in 10+ years.

Still in Flintshire and this old set of @nationalexpress times is still up despite NatEx not serving Flint in probably about 10 years.

Flintshires public transport team are clearly employed by who they are in a relationship with, or done off bribes. There is endless evidence to clearly show that a performing chimpanzee could do a better job than these bunch of donuts. Welcome to public transport under Labour!

Welcome to @FlintshireCC's idea of promoting sustainable transport. It never fails to surprise me the god awful state of buses and bus infrastructure in the county. Yet funnily enough the council has ample money to spend on the 11A to run 10 minutes ahead of a commercial service

The only reason the new T51 @TrawsCymru_ service is having bus stop timetables updates is because of the good will of Lloyds Coaches in Machynlleth. But even these timetables only show 3 of the 9 services at this stop. @KenSkatesMS and his numpties wonder why bus usage is low!

Welcome to Network North Wales. Where after decades of Labours incompetence, passenger information is either non existent or woefully out of date. Holywell Bus Station is 5 years out of date. Rhyl Bus Station is 4 years old. Labour Ran @WGTransport really is an embarrassment.

Buses on the 41 were on time until Northenden. Buses should have been turned around at Northenden or Sale Moor. Max 15 min delays. Instead these incompetent prats have killed the entire service for hours on end. Public control with no accountability. https://t.co/VSd9JErZhY

Can someone tell me what is actually the point in @BeeNetwork controllers? If this morning has taught us anything, it's that TFGM staff are bunch of overpaid, useless twerps. Buses being delayed by over 2 hours because these idiots refuse to terminate buses early.

I love it when people block me because they can't handle that they are wrong and I like to call out their misinformation. If I am wrong, why not show me evidence of why I am wrong? Interestingly there is easy evidence to show that the other person is wrong.

Can we normalise these sorts of replies from transport operators. Very informative and helpful reply here from Southern. Kudos to Southern here.
@ThatOptareLover Hi, Apologies for this. Where are you travelling to? Unfortunately due to the timetabling of these services, if the train was to leave late on it's next working to Ashford, this would cause a large amount of knock on disruption due to the single line sections. I can see the train

Since when did evening buses have to have different times between school day/holidays? Numpties at @StagecoachWales have let their AI go wild on this one. The smallest bit of common sense could have made this so much simpler. Yet another company choosing AI over passengers!

And we wonder why people are choosing to drive when bone idle council staff and lazy operators can't even be bothered to tell people about the large network changes. Heads should be rolling about now, but as per, everyone gets away with incompetence in the transport industry.

What on earth is going on in local authorities this month? Herefordshire and Powys both having large scale changes to their bus networks and both are silent on them. Traveline isn't being updated. Ops aren't updating BODS and are only just releasing timetables to passengers.

Harrogate, fur coat no knickers comes to mind. The buses look lovely but the bus station is so poorly ran by Transdev. Buses dumped everywhere and departures going off 3 stands up. Zero queue management so people are blocked from getting on other buses. #Amazing it is not.

Welcome to a future under the idiotic Labour party and dipstick @MetroMayorSteve. You can't even call a bendy bus, a bendy bus anymore without a mayor getting upset. Labour are ruining Liverpool with corruption and now wokeness over a bendy bus. https://t.co/JWTup7OrW9

Since East Yorkshire was moved away from Go North East, they have consistently failed at most things. Management are too hell bent on expansion to give a stuff about anyone but themselves. Once a great division, it's sad to see what a state EY has become under Stuart Fillingham.

I wonder when GoAhead will start to comply with the law with regards to West Yorkshire routes? The 571 hasn't been BODS compliant ever, and now 2 more routes which aren't online yet and don't comply with 42 day lookahead. Is law compliance optional for @TheGoAheadGroup?
We are looking forward to meeting you on services 112/112A, and 213 from 21st July. https://t.co/X9LTUbqIhH

Though you may want to sort out your godawful Rail Point things at Sheffield. It's great until you touch it to try and make it do anything, then it throws a toddler fit and refuses to work.
