Nope. Just easier to do releases if they’re on a predictable cadence. Sometimes you have new stuff to ship, other times it’s just maintenance. But a release is going out every week regardless.
My personal conspiracy is there is no way so many firms are actually shipping updates so fast. They release updates to force the apps to restart fresh because they’re buggy crap.
