Meeting w/ a small business owner in Peoria, I heard the impact excessive credit card swipe fees have on her business. In 2022 alone, IL merchants & consumers paid $3.8B in cc swipe fees to line the pockets of biggest banks. My Credit Card Competition Act would change that.
