Despite submitting:.Our design patent.Original launch & product docs.Proof of our ownership & innovation. Amazon rejected our appeal, causing us daily losses of lakhs of rupees and damaging a decade of effort.

We hold Design Patent 425659-001 and launched our product months before the complainant. In fact, we had earlier reported their copy, and it was taken down. Now they’ve retaliated, and Amazon accepted their false claim.

We at Smartivity, an Indian STEM toy company started by 3 IIT alumni, are in distress. Our best-selling, patented toy Colour Coder has been taken down by Amazon, due to a false copyright complaint by a seller who copied us.
