@sm_cmc I am a mortgage broker by profession and I know this group belongs to my own community however many a times I don't understand the logic behind asking our income to cover your expense as If I go and ask them to do there service for free in whatever work they do.

@sm_cmc Makes sense when they’re covering your client-acquisition time/cost for you. I thought that was the hard part of being a realtor. Also sounds like an invitation to double-end, and buyer’s making sure they get cut in on that.
