Recovery: slow, difficult, and personal. Be grateful for what you CAN do and aim for 1-2% gains. I still have a way to go after COVID and thanks to family, friends, and colleagues for your support. It takes all of us to do our part. @UCLASurgeryRes.

Weekend Wellness Challenge- Breathe. Slow deep breaths does wonders to calm your mind and body. Practice often this weekend (10 breaths at a time) and try to carryover into the week. @APSASurgeons @UCLASurgeryRes @UCLAMCH.

Wellness Tip: Water. Drink it, a lot of it. Aim for half your weight in ounces. You will feel and sleep better. Water is essential!.
