What Marc & Carmen Isart are doing in Chinchon is courageous.This Tinajas (amphora) was saved from Carmen’s grandfather’s cellar.They are trying to reestablish this ancient wine-making in the town.The wines are full of energy, pure and delicious.Made with Marvar and Tempranillo.
