Some heavy ish about #ADHD I posted about months ago. This is raw.
1) Just because I excel at one thing doesn't mean I excel at everything. 2) What motivates me one second, definitely won't motivate me the next. 3) "Just try", "You're not putting out effort", "You'll be fine. Work harder". Don't, just DON'T say this. 4) Vague instructions = BAD.
