I don’t think men have heard what fathers tell their daughters about men. Nobody hates men more, nobody is a bigger misandrist than fathers who actually love their daughters. All they do is slander their fellow men to their daughters from morning to night. Girl Dads hate men.

I probably cry over my grandfathers’ being dead at least every other week and one of them died in 2018, the other in 2021. My mom lost her MOTHER in 1994 when she was younger than I am now, I don’t know how she did it or still does it. She’s the strongest person I know.

Person first language is created by people who do not suffer trying to solve an issue that doesn’t exist.
I’m getting training telling me not to say “alcoholic”, say “person with an alcohol use disorder.” 😐 Guys, “alcoholic” *is* the nice word. “Drunk” or “lush” or “booze hound” would be the stigmatizing terms, and you can’t replace one word with five and expect it to catch on.
