I think planning conditions & obligations “run with the land” and continue to apply regardless of who occupies the building. So a relaxation of the condition of no cars needs to be sought via an application to vary/remove the condition. I dont see one.
The developer of these hutches obtained permission only as a car-free development. Each student tenancy lease specifies that it is car-free, and tenants are not allowed to bring a car into Bath. Will the same apply to tourists?

I'm sure I have the right company - there is no other "Muddy Dog" events firm that I can find with an Alex Clarke as a director. She and who I guess to be a relative, John Clarke, have been co-directors of two other events firms that dissolved with no accounts ever filed. Odd.
