The French signal on 18.3kHz is broadcasted by the naval radio transmitter facility in Rosnay on behalf of Brest naval base 46.71237590245418, 1.244354722855594

Note that 18.3kHz is very close to 18.1kHz 🇷🇺RDL (Russian Navy strategic transmissions to submarines), so this powerful signal could jam Russian communications going on right now for the GROM nuclear exercise.

I don't monitor VLF often, so I don't know if this is usual, but it's the first time I've seen this signal on 18.3kHz. According to info found online, it's likely the 🇫🇷French Navy from Brest sending ciphered messages to submerged submarines. RX via 🇩🇪webSDR 07:15z Oct 23 1/2

👀There's a lot of speculation about this massive HF antenna cluster. According to the original post I found on Facebook, the antennas are located in eastern 🇺🇸Oregon and were erected in about a week. Does anyone have any reliable information?
