Great example to improve pairing interactions is to use genuine appreciation. We can feel uncertain when we pair because we're unsure if it's safe to question things and we're unsure how the other person feels but genuine appreciation helps! #AgileTD @lisihocke @shiv_krish

Building on one another's ideas is the key to pairing. By building on ideas instead of fighting back against them you're able to create even better ideas and outcomes. It also lets shared ownership grow. @shiv_krish @lisihocke #AgileTD

Pairing with the team members, regardless of their role, was very important for me (and I hope that they learned a lot too 😅), and helped me grow. There are things that seem obvious, but naming and sharing them is hard. @lisihocke and @shiv_krish did that perfectly! #AgileTD

Great talk from @lisihocke and @shiv_krish on the human connection when pairing and great questions to ask when working with others. I could see these questions being really valuable to include people user manuals so your team can better understand how to work with you #AgileTD
