Got a call from @lenskart saying delivery will be 10 days delayed ! Figured out because they don't want to spend extra on courier service even though @lenskart typically operates with a gross profit margin ranging from 25% to 30% on their spectacles !!

The @Lenskart saga continues - where good sales service is ruined by poor warehouse, delivery, supply and logistics management. Have escalated to the Goa Area Manager so let's see if the can help the 5 hapless salespeople I have been coordinating with for last 6 days !!

While @airindia airplane quality need work, what makes it a choice is the quality of personalised service. I wanted to call out Sachin at Air India Baggage Services in @DelhiAirport for his understanding my need for urgent help to get a forgotten package on flight and helping !!
