Why is housing being pitted against environmentalism in this debate? Greenberg outlines we are falling for the divide and conquer approach. The green belt 1 house large lot is not an add people density solution. Multiplexes and more density in existing urban areas is.
The Greenbelt does not have to be sacrificed to meet housing need; Toronto multiplexes can help. Density done right.
