So incredibly proud of Fort Severn First Nation. They have worked tirelessly these last few days to locate Steffen, with little to no support from any level of government. They have taken on this responsibility at their own cost. #Norway

To clarify, the @rcmpgrcpolice have done very little to locate the missing person. Fort Severn First Nation is doing everything they can to find him. At their own expense. And they are in co-mgt. Where is #Canada #Ontario #Manitoba to help search.

A Norwegian trekker, who RCMP say lost one of his two dogs to a wolf attack, is missing in northern Manitoba and an all-out search is underway.

As we prepare for this last minute meeting with the Prime Minister, these are the situations our communities are facing. We cannot talk about resource development until our people have access to basic necessities, like food and water.

Being ‘passionate’ doesn’t give you an excuse to express your racism. If and when Doug Ford is ready to personally apologize to the people of Nishnawbe Aski Nation, we will consider it. If the Premier is sincere with his apology, he needs to show it, not just say it.
NEW: Premier Doug Ford is apologizing for his “cap in hand” comments yesterday and said he was speaking from a place of passion. Ford says he wants to ensure everyone’s working together. #onpoli
