Missed my target by just 11.13 miles, achieved the highest monthly mileage (70 mi) and the longest run (7 mi) since 2018. This whole adventure increased my trust in optimistic goals. Here is hoping for a great 2023! Happy New Year, yβall!

Elites seem to be choosing drag factor between 115 to 130, which is not setting 10/10.
Curious what the elites use for damper settings and drag factor? https://t.co/RIedjqnGvR
