The regime too powerless to prevail on the battlefield, counter US sanctions on its oil companies, or overcome its dependence on China, will crack down with double force on young buskers from Stoptime for playing “foreign agents’” songs. Because THIS is something it still CAN do.

US sanctions against ICC officials—the Prosecutor, Deputy Prosecutors, and six judges—are not just a stain on this US administration and a flagrant attack on the international rule of law, but also a crime (an offence against the administration of justice) under the ICC Statute.

I also recalled that sanctions against ICC judges impacts those not only directly targeted but also on victims of the most grave crimes, legal academics and human rights practitioners whose work supports ICC investigations. They also have a secondary impact in the work of the ICC

140,101 – the @mediazzzona's tally of confirmed Russian causalties among the military, all named, in the war in Ukraine. Bashkortostan set the mortality record: 7,000. Putin wouldn't care even if the toll were ten times higher. This regime is a death cult. https://t.co/Icr7hiuJ6I

Unsurprising but no less absurd for that. It is not for a pariah regime that has launched and continues to wage a war of aggression against another state, commits core international crimes there daily, and brutally represses its own population, to assign such labels to anyone.

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia has filed a suit seeking to recognize our American legal entity — ACF Inc. — as a terrorist organization. There is no doubt: on November 27 a Russian court will declare us “terrorists.” Of course, under the banner of “fighting terrorism”

Whoever runs this account needs to educate themselves. Leaving the offensive tone and factual and legal errors aside: this "so-called" Court is the principal judicial organ of the UN. It has continuously had a US member on the bench, including Judge Cleveland who is serving now.

Why the hell would the Swiss-based Inter-Parliamentary Union, for the 2nd time this year, host a delegation from a country that has no real parliament—whose members rubber-stamp the most cannibalistic laws and illegal annexations of another state’s territories? Here is your why.

The Kremlin feels threatened by (very talented and courageous) 18-year-old buskers performing songs of the 'enemies of the people'. Enough said. The popularity of the street band Stoptime and the sheer crowds they regularly attracted are very telling. Young people are fed up.

Called it a while ago: although it's still unlikely as Putin won't take the risk, we can no longer exclude the possibility of a visit to Hungary. Despite the legal obligation, Orban's regime failed to arrest ICC suspect Netanyahu and it won't arrest Putin. This is the EU problem.
