Yes! Why not seek out the actual antigens expressed on surface of Bryce’s Prostate cancer and survey his TME to see what is uniquely suppressing an immune attack, then create a CAR to go after that? #Crispr #celltherapy #genetherapy.
Is there a #biotech out there that will tailor a cell therapy or gene therapy based on my individual genomics and immune function? If not, why? Wouldn't that be the best way to make CAR-Ts work in solid tumors? #celltherapy #genetherapy #CRISPR #AI #ML.
