One time, Rickey was at ringside and told me “do a shooting star” so I went to the top rope and did it. Never did one a single time before that. Imagine what he can do with you in an hour.
I can teach almost any wrestler how to do a standing shooting star press, spiral tap off the top, or 450/Phoenix splash in about an hour. It’s all mind games. We can do anything, you just gotta convince yourself first.
