I’m the happiest girl on the 🌍 if 3 weeks before my cycle I work out, results are mind altering + now whenever I get cramps I know I didn’t push my body far enough, cramps completely stop when I do!It’s a blissful challenge all girls should look into what works for their body🫶🏽.
I heard working out consistently helps with cramps? Is that true? Or the Yoni steaming ?.
