Is the world ready for an education system focused around feedback and growth instead of grades?

If more Canadians knew what most of the rest of the world pays for data, we would riot.

Walking into a new classroom next week has me feeling the same I felt in 2013 during my first year of teaching. I loved my time at my old school, but I am really looking forward to working with a new school and group of students.

One change that upgrades the learning environment for students: Focus on the "why?" instead of the "what" when introducing activities/projects/assignments, and encourage students to ask "why?" they are completing certain steps

I'm still amazed that this is the case in certain parts of the world, but many schools still do not offer a course on it. These types of courses should 100% be required for all students to take.
