I've heard about this before....a tragedy.
Im looking forward to 'One Last Show in Taghmon' showing in Wexford today. A tragic tale of a stunt man in 1982 in Taghmon County Wexford 😪 #irishfilm #Wexford

Clonliffe College and Mud Island are historic areas on the route of our walk and many of the leaders of the 1916 rising lived in the area then add in some unsung football greats and boxing stories, you won't regret booking your tour.

Ballybough has a rich history including stories from the Easter Rising, War for independence, Civil war and the Dublin Lockout of 1913. It's bordered at either end by the Royal Canal and the River Tolka.

We had a great night in @ClonliffeHouse recently telling the history of the Distillery followed by whiskey tasting with a selection of whiskey's on offer including D.W.D. the stained glass windows are still there
Found some old photos I took inside the old Dublin Whiskey Distillery (Jones Road Distillery) - was being used as light industrial space at the time. Thinking about 1997/8. Posted with a comparable historial image of the same space. #dublin

Ballybough is an area many Dubs pass through to get into the city centre without realising the captivating history of the place
