šØNEW: No. 10 staffer tells me that the 'selling off allotments' policy was issued in revenge after Jeremy Corbyn announced his new party. Staffer tells there was a meeting on Monday to decide how to react and this one got passed and Rayner was sent out with it this morning š§µ.
