A review of reviews can’t answer the question posed as the application of theory in studies wasn’t assessed. The problem with this approach is that many will draw wrong conclusion from this review by @sdombrowski - who I admire!
@NikosNtoumanis Hmm. So how to move forward? If theories don't provide a better plan for interventions around health behaviours, what should we do instead? Maybe more interventions developed around the needs of stakeholders/target groups? More participatory-action type intervention?
